choose w/mo.. w/mo has good defense, it can heal itself and later on its good for solo farming as well.
or be a mo/x... heaps of people need a monk in their party and you're almost always accepted into a party. |

If you could point us in the direction of the specific "Dragon Things", you're more likely to get useful help, otherwise it's going to be a torrent of "You want healing? Play a monk..." |

You might want to consider creating either a "Healing Person" or a "Fighting Person".

you should always choose what you like and not what somebody else likes. I have many guildies who always ask me what I would choose as a secondary profession or what they should make and there is never a good answer. You should make a char and try him out if you dont like the way its playing out, delete him and try another class combo. Just make sure to remove all your money and items including bags before deleteing. And if you want to farm look into the farming forums because you can farm almost anything with almost any character if that character is set up right(but W/Mo is the easiest to figure out how to farm). Good luck with whatever you choose!

IF your primary profession is going to be Ranger, and IF you absolutely must have Mending (as indeed that is the spell with the "swirly thing") or other healing spells, you must be a Ranger/Monk.
However, if you want to create a character that is easy to learn and get the hang of the game with, and one that will be good for farming later on, be a good old fashioned whamo. (Translation: Warrior/Monk). |
